Deathbulge: Battle of the Bands Coming to Consoles This Month
Five Houses announced that its music-based RPG Deathbulge: Battle of the Bands is coming to consoles. The game, which released for PC via Steam in 2023, will arrive on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on June 30, 2026. The console version will add new items, an “Easy mode” option at save points, and more challenging variants of bosses, which will also be added to the PC version through a free update.
Deathbulge: Battle of the Bands is based around a deadly battle of the bands contest where entrants attack each other with music. Players can customise their band from nine music-themed classes, with the game’s combat featuring a mix of real-time and turn-based elements. The game underwent a successful Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign in 2019.
