Anecdotally, I've seen some conservatives admit that Barrett's defense of rigid, Scalia-style textualism fell flat here. I think that largely reflects the strength of KBJ's dissent, which lands some points that Barrett does not (and maybe cannot) effectively rebut. slate.com/news-and-pol...
