Why deal with pesky renters or renovations when number go up?
A successful restaurant was run out of this old bank until the building owners kicked them out and sold the building for cheap ($400,000). The new owners never had a solid plan and it has been vacant for years.

A lot of people don’t realize you can use an extension chord.
Well officially you’re not supposed to.
