Not to be dramatic but I don't know how much longer I can withstand existing in a society with zero semblance of accountability, consequences, or even any tangible pushback to the ultra rich's nihilistic need to destroy.
tbh i kinda find it super annoying how coy the FFXIV devs continue to be about what content is in each patch, especially with how infamously slender the 7.xx patch cycles have been so far. I don't think they've earned the 'tee-hee, there's stuff here...but we won't tell you what!!!' trust.

I am shocked to learn this is actually underestimating costs, because it ignores the infrastructure costs.

Last year, miHoYo copied my puzzle game Ouros in Zenless Zone Zero.
Because they are a recognized, billion-dollar studio and my game isn't well known, some people are now assuming that their version is the original, and mine is the clone.
I hope this video clears that up.
