Owning a home shouldn't be a luxury. But for a lot of Arizonans right now it feels completely out of reach, and it's even harder when Wall Street can buy up whole neighborhoods and price working families out of their own communities.
That's why I'm pushing to stop hedge funds from buying single family homes, cut the red tape slowing construction, and open the door for first-time buyers. Owning a home should be within reach for anyone willing to work for it.
These veterans fought for America and came home to discrimination. They didn't wait for someone to fix it, they built American Legion Post 41 themselves. Proud to support our Latino veteran community and every vet who calls this state home.
This is a long overdue first step, and we need to continue building on the momentum. My SHIPS for America Act would let us move even faster to bring the Coast Guard and the maritime industry into the 21st century.
