Northern Ontario has a massive dr shortage and, as a warning, Sudbury has an almost as expensive average rent as Toronto.
North Bay's crime severity index is double ours.
Thunder Bay is remote if you are OK with that but again doctor issues.

Blind River? Delightful little community and the little hospital is nice. I did not have to wait long for a doctor there.
If you do not mind being 2 and a half hours from anywhere I recommend it.
But yeah, healthcare deserts are a thing here too.
Depends on where you land.
I 100% do not recommend sask or alberta.
Rural areas are also hard.
