Beth (chronic illness warrior)

Laurie (unaware of the group chat that doesn’t include him)
Finally, A Penis For Men.
also it's author said this (which breaks my heart a little bit)
bow howdy I sure do love it when medical questionnaires want to know about my hormones so they ask me ONLY FOR MY ASSIGNED SEX AT BIRTH AND NOT ANY FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT HORMONES ARE CURRENTLY IN MY BODY
They're just saying "we don't think you count as a real woman" but using science words. If you know/care about shit like risk factors for various health conditions/side effects, what hormones are in your body right now are way more important than what was between your legs as a baby.
I wish I could say this was an exception, and not the rule, but for those who don't know, it's this same exact shit MORE THAN HALF THE TIME WHEN I TAKE A MEDICAL QUESTIONNAIRE IN ANY CONTEXT

“…and that’s how Quicksilver was essentially the Kermit the Frog of the 2010s Marvel movie economy, in terms of intellectual property rights.”
“Sir, the question was ‘How do you plead?’”
“Oh guilty.”
And this, btw, is the ONLY question about "my body and my hormones." No follow-ups. And based on my sex assigned at birth, YOU ACTUALLY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT EITHER OF THESE!!! How the fuck is a trans person supposed to answer this?
