Ahh what a wonderful day!!
Here’s a nice photo of me and my lovely supervisors 😍
Got the cutest freebies today from the wonderful Olivija and Helen at the @microbesng.bsky.social stall in Sheffield!!

Back in April, I delivered my first oral presentation at the European Spores Conference! It was loads of fun and I learned so much about spore biology. Since then, I’ve been busy writing my thesis, titled “Insights into clostridial germination and twitching motility using live cell imaging.”
Delighted to have been able to contribute to this work with some awesome people!
I will be finishing up in September and am on the lookout for postdocs! I am very interested in live cell imaging, cell tracking, and fluorescent image analysis. I love bacteria but am super open to cells of all shapes and sizes.

Had a wonderful time presenting my work at this year’s Physics of Living Matter conference in Marseille in September! Met some awesome people and learned a lot :) (and color coordinated with my poster!!!) #plm18
