The Franklin St paving in Downtown Oakland is done, and the guide line markings for the upcoming curbside protected bikeway are going in. Yes, there will be concrete separation between the bikeway & car parking.

Repaving is underway on Franklin St in Downtown Oakland, to be followed by northbound protected bikeway installation from 11th St to Broadway.
Also the block of Broadway from 20th to 19th St is finally getting its red bus lane paint completed!
