The Buffalo Hunter Hunter is the most well-crafted book I’ve read this decade. It’s a cohesive, engaging, poignant novel about appetites of all sorts, and you should read it.

I do love the simplicity of the books with only the charter mark, but there is a special place in my heart for the older covers. This is at least partially rooted in nostalgia, but also: they’re so pretty!

Sour Cherry by Natalia Theodoridou is a masterclass in atmospheric storytelling and setting up a sense of dread. This book had me riveted.
Love that we have the same story with opposite covers. I found Sabriel in a charity shop as a kid, and I immediately obsessed.
