name a tv show you're positive nobody remembers but you
This was such a weird show, a 1991 family drama set in...2036, an old man looking back on his life through "historical events" that were pure fiction in '91. Tom Irwin (the dad on My So-Called Life), Helen Hunt & Megan Mullally were in it.

Here’s my review for @spectrumculture.bsky.social of the immersive In Another World about Talk Talk/Mark Hollis. Kudos to @graemethomson.bsky.social for bringing out the beauty and humanity of these timeless albums.

Beautiful work.
No surprise that this is just delightful: Nardwuar vs Olivia Rodrigo. youtu.be/I5iSNWxVPj8
I've just added a bunch of Friend of Garak, Fully Automated Luxury Queer Space Communism, and Trekkies Against Fascism tees and tanks to my inventory at willburrows.art/shop

Never pass up a chance to share this story. There's always someone who hasn't heard it, always someone waiting to experience the joy of reading about it for the first time.
As a long-term fan of @robynhitchcock.bsky.social , I really appreciated his conversation one my favourite mental health podcasters, @johnmoe.bsky.social in a serious conversation about the mind and all the practical considerations of having a unique take on the world.
I'm not a "live in the past" kind of person by any means but a couple of bleary-eyed nights ago I impulsively signed up for a year of Night Flight TV and my god was that a good decision.

One of my favorite Cabo Verde facts is that it has a genre of music that arose after an abandoned ship washed up in 1968, carrying hundreds of keyboards and synths
A new compilation documents the strange history of the African country’s groove-laden sound, formed following the discovery of a boatload of synths
