Over the next 5 years, our Translational Innovation Hub Network will address challenges around finding new lung infection treatment options, detecting and treating flare-ups, and developing new ways to diagnose infections.

Our first CF-Tracker study participant started the study today! First of many for this exciting @cftrustuk.bsky.social @lifearc.bsky.social funded Research Innovation Hub. Huge thanks to the team and to @nihr.bsky.social Manchester CRF!
This week we welcomed Hull Adult CF Centre to the CF-Tracker study! We have another 11 sites still in process, and plan to have many of these open before the end of the year!

We think pollution might be an important reason why some people with CF become unwell, thats why we're looking into this as a cause of exacerbations in our CF-Tracker study.
In the meantime, great to see this Asthma+Lung event in Manchester, come and support!
