Ireland’s renewable electricity capacity continues to grow. By end-2025, 7.7GW had been installed. In 2025, 0.8GW of new onshore wind and solar was added. Around 2GW of new onshore renewable capacity is needed each year to meet 2030 targets. Read more: shorturl.at/fKhhZ.
