Ran again after 4 days of enforced rest (felt like 4 weeks!) - an easy 3.8 miles (should have run another 0.2) which was fine so normal training can now resume! But first - #parkrun volunteering tomorrow - can’t wait to get back after having been away! #running

Barnaby is whinging about Aus auctions dominated by “people who look like they are recent arrivals”. I assume everyone’s favourite “retail politician” is talking about Europeans who got here barely two centuries ago rather than giving a dog whistling not-so-welcome to county to slightly newer comers
Went to see The Christophers. A wonderful two hander from Ian McKellan and Michaela Coel and deliciously funny 4.5/5
