The thing about online safety policy is that it basically breaks people's brains. I truly believe that at least some of the intense projection of adult anxiety onto young people reflects the relationship those adults have with their own devices and social media accounts

When they say “app”, the they mean only the app you get from Apple/Google stores. Other digital interfaces are being deprecated then will get funding cut and go away.
