Stealing water by buying “water rights” that have no local basis in reality is perfectly legal in New Mexico
BUT … the State Engineer has sworn to serve the people of New Mexico and can nix deals that don’t serve us
BUT … this person has chosen to violate her oath of office & she should resign 👎
