The evidence:
A menopause triggering a diagnosis ⬇️ women’s earnings up to 7.4% (Norway): ifs.org.uk/publications...
But with better access the penalty shrinks: Sweden’s prime-time menopause TV show ⬆️ HRT initiation +50% and earnings +10% — most for women without a degree.
So it’s fixable.
