the other thing i'll note is that it is the district courts, and not SCOTUS, that have been far more effective and reliable in challenging the administration's power-grabs, and with few exceptions, SCOTUS has largely validated all but the most egregious ones.

Yeah I don’t mean to diminish the growth but a lot of the decline in coal was due to growth in natural gas. It’s really good that we are burning way less coal and using more renewables but we are still a longgg way from renewables powering the grid

The thing about this is that actually, given the trajectory of the Republican Party, the Democrats should be running against Donald Trump for the next 30 years
