My VTuber is based on a gryphon LARP character I played named Whisperwind, but I didn’t think that was very catchy so @xenobunnie.bsky.social and I brainstormed and they suggested I use Wysper with a y and here we are.

The Leee part comes from Lhea, a name we used in games. When creating it at the other place we accidentally tagged on an extra E, but then eventually went on E. So, it all worked out

Very boring and simply put explanation: I needed a permanent thing on the internet and was watching Anime and the name Reg appeared
I then developed the name into a neutral of Regina and Reginald for genderfluid reasons
Wilhelm is just a german surname meaning "resolute protector"
