Had both group and individual grief counseling today...
I'm in a better headspace than I was.
Interesting finding out from the group leader in individual therapy that I'm the reason 90% of the group members keep showing up... I... I really don't know what to do with that.
19 year anniversary with the nesting partner today. We went and had a lovely meal.
We've been through thick and thin together. Still going.
Now, we're gonna collapse. She had 2 doc appointments, and I have grief therapy tomorrow.
