What on (middle) earth is going on with this halloween ghost orc?!
A quick google suggests that wait times when dialling 111 are often under 2 minutes, and almost always under 10 minutes.
How long was it for me today? 45 minutes.
It reminds me of when I went to A&E, the sign said approx 5 hour wait and I was in the waiting room for 20 hours.

It's hard to describe how odd the evil creatures in this look. It's like they're done in a different style from the non-evils. It's quite a cool effect actually, but I really don't know why/how it looks that way
