We need to regain the rights that we all enjoyed for a generation of young people who increasingly risk being left behind.
Love this city. The racists are all stuck in a shit pub rn being yelled at by *checks notes* Fatboy slim?
Realise I should clarify this statement with a note to say the very, very earliest Doctor Who could return would be mid to late 2028, with the likelihood that it will take longer
Some background to today’s unhappy news
Doctor Who (Richard E Grant) and his companion I (Paul McGann) go on holiday by mistake to the Lake District, only for it to be interrupted by the Master (Richard Grittiths)
Given the timeline for Doctor Who's return in 2005, if bidding for new production team has a three month deadline, leads to a successful bid, and the writing begins immediately, the earliest the next series will premiere will be mid to late 2028
I feel that Doctor Who fandom needs a rest. It should lie fallow for 10-15 years. No YouTube opinion videos. No social media comments. No message boards. And when it does come back, it shouldn't have any Doctor Who fans in it.
