AI is implicitly presented as a powerful, omnipresent, omniscient, intangible, nameless, mysterious savior that will free humanity from its deepest challenges and bring abundance.

I can't understand that. I really can't.
For countries, it means the "wait and see" approach is no longer an option, as there could be immediate geopolitical consequences, including from a cybersecurity perspective.
