It's a broad strokes generalization, but my general thought was we tended to underprescribe for younger patients and overprescribe for older ones. (Same with blood pressure treatments.) The older a patient was, the less time they had to realize risk reduction and often side effects more important.
i know humans gonna human, but i really think that a profession that attracts abusers so readily shouldn't be allowed to have tech that allows them to continue their abuse.
