In Science last week with @dannynic.bsky.social the trainees explored various different ways to teach about living things and the human body.

They looked at organs and bones, how to classify things as living, dead and never alive. They made classification trees with finger puppets. They also explored the digestive system with a model that grossed quite a few out! We think they'll remember it though!
Under the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill from September 2026 all new teachers in schools will need to have QTS or be working towards getting it.
