S2 pupils have recently been learning about the components of a computer system. The BBC Micro:Bits are great for this as they have different input and output devices. Here, pupils are using the light sensors and LEDs.
We recently polled our S3 classes on the type of activities they prefer for starts and plenaries. There was a very clear winner with WayGround being popular.

S1 wider achievement are working with Sphero robots in today’s lesson. We are using our numeracy skills to work out the number of degrees they have to turn to create different shapes.
2CN3 have beaten Mrs Alexander-Doyle's other S2 classes to rob the most money from Strathclyde bank using their skills on a command line interface. 2R1 came a close second and this activity is hosted by cyberskillslive.com Well done folks!
