As an Albertan who grew up in Manitoba, I feel like I'm living in Bizzaro World.
It's as if Kinew's folks -- many of whom are from Alberta -- wake up and go: "What did Danielle Smith do or say yesterday?... Let's do the opposite."
(They put more thought into it than that.)
They say you can't put a price on Democracy.
But $100M for a series of off-cycle referendums suggests the going rate should at least be negotiable.
