In multiplayer stages each player can swap out items at pedestals one at a time. Keys need to be carried around, leaving the other player to deal with enemies on their own

Here's a preview of something I've been working on. A fully playable character creator, built from scratch in my custom game engine. Obviously going to be part of a much larger game. It's not much yet but I'm excited about the progress. I've been working on this for 3 months now.
The June 2026 backer update is coming soon. Just putting some finishing touches on a multiplayer demo that will be available for all backers.
What "curses" would you like to see for NG+? So far I've got:
- take double damage
- drown insta-death
- pit insta-death
- enemies explode
- jump uses magic
- random curses on each map load
