Trying to picture the profanity-laced texts from my dad and my mom after Lindor-Soto-Bichette failed to get the winning run home with the bases loaded and no outs in the 10th inning is making me sad but making me smile at the same time.
I am still, after all these years, so ridiculously good at Dr. Mario that it makes me wonder if I could have been, like, the world's greatest guitarist, or someone who could actually install a simple light fixture, if I had just spent my time and energy differently as a child.
