I hate this timeline.
I mean it's the level of bullshit the people who agree to this bullshit should expect, and exactly the bullshit they deserve...
But also... *Gestures wildly to everything*
Cycling computer app yesterday: "You are exhausted 93 hours to recover."
Me, today: "I'm gonna go for another bicycle ride."
The foreign fuel that powers wind turbines?
Feels like there might be a magic string of words that will convince Stephen Miller to stop breathing the "foreign air" and some of our problems.
America's 250th special editions of things are probably going to be with a lot of money, since they are already pretty rare and we are pretty much right in the middle of the period where they should be everywhere.
Guy in electric skate board at stop light (me on my bike):
"You thinking of going electric"
"Nah."
"I've got an ebike and it'll do 30, it's really nice."
"Yeah, I can hit 30 on mine to, but it makes this awful wheezing sound. It's like:" *Me taking loud deep breaths simulating being out of breath*
"I never see bicycles"
But do they see cyber trucks?
I mean 10 million bicycles sold in the US annually, and 100k cyber trucks sold ever.
If every bicycle was only ridden 30 miles a year*, statistically you'd be more likely to see a bicycle, unless this is a skill issue...
In the English speaking world it's soccer... Except for in England where they created the word "soccer" and then decided it was to American when Americans started using it and tried to make a big thing out of it.
I mean we can't even call countries by the name they use in their own language... I'm pretty sure there being a different English word for fußball, fútbol, футбол, or フットボール is probably ok.
The brits just need to get over their anti-British sentiment that they mistook for anti-American.
Presenting a plan doesn't sound that bad...
Now if they actually expect us to pay $300 billion that's a different story (expecting trump to pay is a mistake made by every contractor that's worked for him.)
*less probably because bicycles cover those miles more slowly than cyber trucks.
And it's with noting I still ride a bicycle that predates the general availability of cyber trucks (lots of people do) so probably even less still... My guess is average of 5-10 miles per year average per bicycle.
