Among the finds was a amphora vessel, essentially the Roman equivalent of a shipping container, and rare early blown-glass bottles used for storing perfumes and oils.
The burial has been dated to AD 25–50, offering a glimpse into wealth, status, and traditions at the beginning of Roman Britain.
