Catching up on the new Olivia Rodrigo and enjoying it, but why are people saying it’s New Wave? yes the Cure markers are there but they aren’t weren‘t new wave and except for ”expectations“ maybe these songs recall ‘90s artists like the Cardigans the Cranberries the Sundays Tori Breeders etc
