Fresh out of the oven. Needs to rest before slicing but it looks really nice. This is a sourdough discard sammich loaf. So it uses yeast, but also some of the discard from maintaining our starter. Smells lovely. Wanna eat some but want it to finish off properly, which happens outside the oven.
