It's amazing how every time I see someone saying social media should require using everyone's legal name, it's a middle-class-or-higher cishet white male.
It's almost like the people put in the least danger are the ones who don't/won't see the danger of their ideas.

Anyway, so then I drew a feather cloak feather by feather...
Next time I would probably add a bit of lemon juice to lighten the flavor but nom.
Risotto: rice (duh), leftover ramen broth, heavy cream, some cheap white wine (like box wine level stuff. Sherry or supremely dry mead would be even better but this was found cooking), black pepper, Parmesan, butter
Good texture now that I sliced it:
Has a touch of the sour flavor, a nice consistency, yeah this'll be some good sammie bread.
Worth the effort? Not really but it kept me distracted from wanting a smoke and now I have tasty bread.
Fresh out of the oven. Needs to rest before slicing but it looks really nice.
This is a sourdough discard sammich loaf. So it uses yeast, but also some of the discard from maintaining our starter. Smells lovely. Wanna eat some but want it to finish off properly, which happens outside the oven.

Hmmm... I had some good ramen yesterday and saved the leftover broth. I'm gonna see what a risotto with that comes out like I think.
A ramen pork broth based risotto with a bit of cream and parmesan, maybe a dash of white wine if I have some and some breaded chicken breast sliced on top.
