Lineage was started by Adam Forste and Kevin Marchetti, former Morgan Stanley bankers who formed Bay Grove and built Lineage through a massive acquisition strategy starting around 2008. It became the worldâs largest cold-storage operator and went public on Nasdaq as LINE in 2024.

This #BoyleHeightsFire is terrible! We've been smelling the foul smoke for days, & we're on the far side of the SGV! It is noxious & has given us headaches, burning eyes, hives, breathing probs & its ruining quality of life.

As LA City Attorney, it will be my job to hold companies accountable for putting our communities in danger.
If elected, I will immediately open an investigation into Lineage Logistics, the owner of the warehouse in the ongoing Boyle Heights fire.
With that many recorded and penalized violations and still being in operation and making enough violations to start a fire thereâs a pile of questions to be raised about why they were still allowed to operate đ€ and how accidental this fire is.
