I’ve decided to keep #running outside with moderate air quality. 40 - 54 AQI 1 puff albuterol before run, 55+ AQI 2 puffs before run. I don’t have an upper ceiling for hitting treadmill inside. Maybe I would try to run ~ 3km outside and finish inside. ☔️ rolling in this week too
