For all the money that right wing billionaires have put into conservative academia over the past decade or so, I don't really see any new names? Seems like the same people that use to be at the previous conservative places are now being paid about 3x to be at the new conservative places.

In the '80s my uncle wrote a report for the UN on irrigation projects in Egypt. He noted that effectively all water from the Nile is already allocated to projects, so when new irrigation is financed, the water allocation effectively removes water from earlier projects.
