我們家的酸辣湯有點不太一樣 胡蘿蔔、黑木耳、金針菇、胡椒還有香油都會有,只是還會多放幾片酸筍 酸筍是前年外婆在夏末醃製的 下鍋前,要先打開玻璃罐,鬆開蓋子的瞬間,發酵的酸味就先從縫隙裡跑出來,嘴裡不自覺分泌口水 它的酸味很像酸菜白肉鍋裡的酸菜,好喜歡
