Hundreds of frontline workers have secured vastly improved pay deals. This is a direct result of the workers refusing to accept their employers’ pitiful pay offers and to fight for better pay which they successfully secured after the threat of strike action.

Unite has secured significant improvements to the pay, terms and conditions of over 400 workers at Prestwick.
The deal backed by our members will see significant increases in pay, allowances and better working conditions.

This result was only achieved by the workers being prepared to take strike action if necessary to get what they deserved. It’s another win for @unitetheunion.bsky.social in the aviation industry in Scotland.

Nearly 400 workers employed by ICTS and Menzies Aviation and around 230 ICTS workers at Glasgow airport have backed pay offers lifting the threat of imminent strike action. Unite winning on jobs, pay and conditions.
Instead of demanding price caps to protect workers, the Government has hit their take home pay with stealth taxes.
