I legit was awake well after my bedtime thinking about this. I had to write about it. I also meant to include that women are expected to be humble about their accomplishments. That's not an expectation people have of men.
This has been bothering me for two days but this press release has Rizzi’s bio at the end, after a bio of the acting chief she’s replacing. I personally would have put her qualifications at the top.

The street where my parents live is a death trap. The city is finally putting in a sidewalk. My late father complained about the speeding drivers so often, and would be happy with the news. He always wanted to stand out on the lawn with a hairdryer in hand pretending his had a radar gun. Haha
