These (and maybe more, I'm a trackpad user, not a keyboard shortcut user) override normal browser shortcuts:
Ctrl + B overrides bringing up/ hiding the browser bookmarks
Ctrl + Shift + I overrides bringing up DevTools
Ctrl + U overrides View Source

I help non-tech people build websites at our local IndieWebClub. They don't have any trouble learning a bit of HTML and CSS, but having to set up SSGs just to get common navigation/footers/etc. really stumps them.
I think I broke it... an over 2K words answer and a goof chunk of it is "but wait" and "wait, no" 👀
