These effects are stronger in more democratic countries.
They're also stronger for people who are more exposed to the weather, e.g. those in agricultural areas.
We find that only people in more vulnerable places become:
(1) more likely to see climate change as an immediate personal risk
(2) more likely to support mitigation policy
