I had the most mundane dream: I was seated in the middle seat of an airplane. I put my elbows on both arm rests. The person to my right went to put up their elbow and calmly told me to move mine. I told them whoever has their elbow up first has the right of way. They accepted this answer. The end.
Woke up totally out of gas, but the blank page won't fill itself. Onto my third cup of coffee. ☕🫠
Well, I just spelled "believe" as "be leave." When did my spelling nosedive to Lois Lane levels of typos?
Today I got to write "The End" on the page, and woah, was that surprisingly emotional.
People don't long for "inconvenience." They long for permanence. And though streaming services may be convenient, people are waking up to the fact that we are paying rent-seeking middle men month after month for things we will never actually own.
Parents: no one is prouder, and yet, no one knows better how to put you in your place. Case in point, my book is being used as a candy dish coaster 🙃
