he then flips the notebook outward for her to read it.
the notebook almost immediately goes away, but nothing in Noir's posture gives away any sort of emotion as he does so. he's relieved, though, to be able to communicate like a real person.

infact, the difference now is stark. the new one has a remarkably different demeanor.
Noir, does, in fact, seem to relax at the removal of the helmet. he gets the message. and he appreciates it.
