Yesterday on a walk I got the spark back—for the current story I'm drafting 💖 I hope it lasts but I'm grateful for however long it glitters!

The thing I didn't understand about writer's block until recently—at least for me: It's not the words that are stuck but the spark & joyful obsession that come with wrestling my way through a story. I still feel it in small bursts, but I miss that ever-present hum. I'm hopeful it'll return.
