I know I can’t give as much as I want & it pains me, bc I always want to be there for people.
I hope it evens out in the end.
comes w/ responsibility. People empathize w/ & show up for you, & you empathize w/ & show up for them. Then you don’t flail alone like in the 🎥.
I’m always humbled by kindness & generosity when I’m in need & I try to be there for others in need w/ food or requested guidance or check-ins.
The flip side of having a deep & broad network of community is that you also feel their pain.
2 friends just lost very very close family members in the last few days. 3 more friends are still in the throes of grieving dads & siblings. Love & joy always walk alongside grief, & community always
Stress and worry fatigue is a different kind of fatigue. My brain is what gets tired and wants to shut down.
