I've only poked at it a little bit, but wanted to share it for others to take a peek at.
Misinformation can be insidious.
Few months ago someone on Reddit claimed Super Sentai (1975) was based on the Japanese Spider-Man (1978). This is untrue (see years), and I replied and debunked it.
But fast forward to 2 days ago and my brain went, "Super Sentai was based on Japanese Spider-Man."

But today, while digging for something else, I stumbled cross the old Reddit thread and realized the truth:
I had seen falsehood.
I had corrected falsehood.
Then my brain retained the falsehood.
You gotta keep double-checking on your gray matter. Thing's buggy as hell.
D&D Tip: You can get pretty far as a DM by just saying, "Yes, that works," whenever the players say they want to do something.
80% of DMing is just figuring out how to dress up "Yes, that works" so that it looks pretty.
Before posting that, however, I did some quick research to check and, of course, again discovered it wasn't true.
At the time I was like, "Huh. Weird. I guess I was mistaken."
