So excited to share our preprint uncovering FGFR3 autoantibodies as pathogenic drivers of pain sensitization. Using patient serum, human DRG and rat models, we found that autoantibodies can find FGFR3 on sensory neurons to induce hyperexcitability and hypersensitivity. #PainResearch #Autoimmunity
