Good and extensive talks with Stena and Belfast Harbour on the Stena Ferry from Cairnryan to Belfast on A77 and A75 infrastructure and wider freight, connectivity, port, development, economy and decarbonisation issues
In South Uist I heard powerful testimony of the impact of ongoing ferry service issues from 20 businesses and was able to discuss

A9 dualling construction work on Tomatin to Moy section (3rd) now started after extensive ground clearance works - heard about engineering works and local school and community work #A9dualling
The Ardrossan Taskforce met today in Arran and I also had the opportunity to meet the Isle of Arran Ferry Committee. Pleasure to meet CalMac crew on Glen Sannox going over.
