I don’t think this will become law but it’s worth keeping close tabs on it. When @robertkelchen.com said a few years ago he thought a Republican congress might consider getting rid of student loans altogether I thought it was nuts. Well it may be nuts but it’s a live possibility.

Lotsa numbers here. One that’s standing out is that charter enrollment doubled from 6% of NYC students to 12 in the last ten years. Publics when from 74% to 68%. cbcny.org/research/com...
